    Graphics/Decals care


    As the former owners of a (SOB) we, along with other owners, experienced degradation of the graphics/decals. We cared for the fiberglass and decals with approved RV products and used a cover for a few years until it was in shreds.

    Within a few years of purchase the decals were peeling and had to be trimmed with a razor. As time went on they continued to peel, shrink, fade and crack until we finally had all of the decals removed. Early on the manufacturer supplied us with new decals but we decided to save them for the new owner when the time came.

    We have our fingers crossed that Grand Design uses quality decals that won't peel, fade or crack. Can anyone recommend products to use on the fiberglass and decals to prevent UV damage. We really welcome suggestions.
