2015 27RL Awning Attachment To Wall

Noticed as I was preparing for winter storage, the bottom of the metal anchor strip to wall was pulling away from bottom of the strip when awning fully retracted. Anybody else have this issue and what is the best fix?

When you retract the awning you need to release the switch as soon as the awning is retracting against the sidewall. If not then the awning motor puts too much pressure against the wall, thus causing your awning to pull away from the sidewall.
