Cabinet door frames bubbling and delamination

I have a new 2018 297RSTS built 7/2017. The majority of the door frames in the coach cabinets are bubbling. The simulated wood grain covering is not sticking to the wood under it. Has anybody else had this problem? I have done nothing but fix problems with this coach since we picked it up on 7/26. Only have used it a total of 5 days. The coach is going back to the factory in May 2018 to get the rear wall replaced due to a bubble that has formed under the filon. My wife and I are starting to regret this purchase. We had a 2001 Arctic Fox 25S for 17 years that never gave us a problem. Also noticed today that one of the roof panels is not attached to the roof structure at the edge of the roof. It moves up and down and separates from the side with the slightest pressure.
    Thanks

Metroman. I had the exact same issue with my 297. I just got it back from the factory. It is fixed now with an alternative product. Contact Jerry McCarthy (VP GDRV) and let him know. The repairs are extensive, must be done in the factory and took four weeks. Jerry's email is [email protected].

Jim - Thanks you for your fast reply. What was the repair? Did they install new cabinets?

They did, with different materials so it won't happen again.
It appears to be prevalent that are in the dry southwest environment.

Jim - I contacted Jerry McCarthy and the factory is going to replace all the cabinets in May when it is back for the rear wall change. Thank you for your help

That's really good news Craig! For those living in dry arid climates, keep an eye on your cabinets and report any problems to GD if you see them.
