Proud new owners of a new Grand Design, Reflection, 312 Bunk House. Maiden voyage last weekend and we love it. We have owned 2 Class A, Motorhome, last one a 2000 Tiffin, Allegro Bus! Great quality and comfort!

Would like to hear from other 312 Bunk House owners about their likes and dislikes! Some DIY ideas and any mods I might like. Thanks

I have a predecessor unit, the 323BHS bunkhouse model. It is about the same size and weight of your 311.

I would suggest getting a 3 inch memory foam pad to put on your mattress. Wouldn't hurt to get a king size memory foam pad and cut it with an electric knife tongue sizes of your bunkhouse.beds for improved comfort. We also got a portable ice machine and wouldn't take anything for it.

We especially love the outside kitchen and seldom even cook inside. The drinks stay in the outside fridge.

Thanks we are already talking about that. Mattress isn’t that bad but could use more cushion. I agree with the bunkhouse beds. We do love the outside kitchen as well.

Any suggestions on the Furion Solar Port. Would like to use for trickle charger for battery. But it does not appear that Furion sells a 5 amp or less panel. The port only takes a 2 prong plug and appears to be proprietary to Furion.
