Microwave exhaust fan speed

The exhaust fan on our Furrion microwave in our Reflection 303rls shows it has both a high and low speed, but, it, in fact, only has one speed. That speed seems to be high. Our dealer, Windish RV, actually changed the entire microwave out trying to remedy this. Thing is, the fan still only has one speed. Yep, you guessed it! High. Does anyone else have this? Just wondering. Terri

Interesting. I just went out to our 2017 297RSTS and verified the operation of our Furrion convection microwave. When I push the exhaust button the first time, the display shows two fans and it is quite loud. When I push the button a second time, the display shows one fan, and there is a very slight change in the sound of the fan. When I push it a third time, the fan shuts off.

The difference between high and low is almost imperceptible. But I can certainly hear it.
