Dumb question: How do I light the furnace?

Woke up this morning, and it's 42º in Central Florida. I've never used the furnace before, and the manual doesn't do me any good.

On the thermostat I push the power button to ON, then select HEAT, and set the temperature to the desired setting. I set the fan to HIGH.

I push the button marked FURNACE, but nothing happens. No light on the FURNACE indicator button.

The A/C works fine, and all vents are open.

I hear the furnace running behind the cabinet, and when I go outside, I can feel hot air coming from the outside vent.

I checked the 12V fuse for the furnace as well.

Checked propane tanks. There's plenty of propane (both indicators show green), but tanks are not full.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Mornin'. You talking the propane furnace or the cute fireplace?
Propane - Make sure it's on at the tank - at the living room AC set the fan to "Auto" - set it to "Heat" - set temp, should kick on.
Fireplace - either the remote or controls on the front of the fireplace.
    Hope this helps.

Power cycled the unit and it's working now. Thanks.

As a resident of Phoenix, I can appreciate the importance of the furnace in your situation. I'm glad it fired up. Power cycling and percussive maintenance often do the trick.
