under bed ottoman storage

I noticed in the gallery for the 369 that the under bed ottoman drawer has 2 slide rails (upper and lower). Mine only has one on the lower and it fell apart. Our Solitude is currently in the shop for a few minor warranty repairs, one of which is that storage drawer. Should I be asking the shop to add the second rail for added support so the problem does not happen again or will GD tell the repair shop to make the modification when they do the repair?

The repair shop is going to replace the existing rails with a heavier, more robust set. Mine may have been an isolated failure but because of the size and weight of that particular drawer, we felt a beefier set is a good idea.

The dealer already repaired the problem and we've had the rig back for a week. He installed new rails in the same location as the old ones but used a heavier duty rail set. Everything seems to be working fine now. I think the problem may have started at the very beginning. I remember when we first took delivery, I noticed the ottoman drawer was difficult to pull out. Thinking there might be an obstruction, I removed the drawer and discovered that the casters mounted to the under side of the drawer had fallen off. They were mounted with only 2 screws each and the screws ripped out. I re-mounted them using all 4 attach holes on each caster but the drawer never really worked right after that. Later I discovered the rails were damaged. I think it was a result of the caster issue. Anyway, we are all fixed now. I will call Jerry anyway to explain. Thank you for the reply.
