Circuit breaker keeps tripping
We have the 2018 2600rb. How can this be a 4-season RV if you can’t have more than 2 items plugged in? Frying pan, electric heater & electric toothbrush, the breaker trips, every time. Electric heater & electric blanket, breaker trips. Why would GD put bedroom, kitchen & bathroom all on one line? I feel like I’ve been duped. Anyone else have ANY PROBLEMS with electrical?

What are the current draws on those items? And what size breaker? The breaker might be defective and need changing.

Oldpeculiar2 - You mention "electric heater" on both lists. If this is a 1500 watt heater set on high, it would draw over 12 amps. The breakers are 15A . . . so not much left for anything else on this same circuit even if everything is working correctly.

Why would everything be on one circuit? If you do winter camping & use an electric blanket, run the coffee maker. There is not much left to operate another appliance. How is this not tip toeing around. Why haven’t anyone else had an issue with this? Am I just out of luck? It just doesn’t seem like the electrical was done well.

Is the 2600 30A or 50A?
30A only provides 3600 watts available whereas 50A provides 12000 watts available. If it is 30A, it makes sense to only have limited appliances running at once. If it is 50A, I doubt everything is on the same line. Easy way to check is go through the breaker panel and turn off outlet circuits and see what is powered. Typically outlet circuits are labeled as GFI or general not to mention the separate ones such as fridge, fireplace, etc.
If you are running an EMS type surge protector, they will usually have an Amp indicator of how much power is being drawn.
There is also the old fashion way of looking at everything plugged into the outlet and see what the info plate on the item says about its power consumption, add up everything and see if you are within the limits of the breaker, which as stated above is usually 15A.

You are overdrawing the 30 amp service.
Can't use all those high draw appliances and expect it to NOT trip.
It will do the same thing in summer when you want to run the a/c unit, coffee maker and a hair dryer...not enough amps.Steve- Inventory Manager at Tom Schaeffer's RV, Shoemakersville, PA www.tomschaeffers.com

Which breaker is tripping? The main breaker (30 amp or 50 amp) of the outlet breaker (15 amp)? If its the outlet 15 amp breaker that is tripping, then this issue has nothing to do with 30 amps vs 50 amps power, ... the 15 amp breaker is either overloaded or defective. Can you add up the watts used by all the appliances when the breaker trips? That would help us.

15 amps is 15 amps whether it's in an RV or a sticks and bricks and has absolutely nothing to do with the RV being four seasons. Look at the amps that each of those use. If you get over 15 amps the breaker will trip. The kitchen and bathroom both have to be on GFCI and so that's why they're both on the same circuit. Not sure about the bedroom. Use your polarity tester to determine which receptacles if any, may be on a separate circuit.

Our 2600 is 30 amp. The breaker that trips is 15 amp. I'm wondering if I can make it a 20 amp breaker. It has 5 wall outlets on it.
