Led Lights under recliner not working

The Led lights under one of the recliners stopped working. Any Idea where to start troubleshooting?

Do you have the heat function in that chair also? If so, is it working? Can you take a look behind the chair and see if the unit is plugged into the wall outlet?
If those Don't resolve the issue, I'd pull the recliner away from the wall and turn it over to see if any wires came loose.

Look under the seat from the front. Mine has several connectors on each seat. I suspect each connector is for a different function, so a loose connection could cause one function to fail and the others continue to work.

Lean the seat back, lifting the foot rest and you can get to the wires underneath.

Sorry about the late response. Thanks for all the input. It was a loose connection under the seat. Be safe.
