Microwave/Convection oven ... No Heat In Convection Mode
Picked up my 2018 Momentum 351 on Nov 24, 2017. Last night my Microwave/Convection oven stopped heating in Convection mode. Any suggestions on a fix for this issue. By the way, this is only one of several issues I have had to correct on this unit. All other problems were corrected before leaving Knoxville, Tennessee. Currently I’m in the tiny town of Hillsboro, New Mexico, miles away from the dealership I bought it from.

Probably the Furion High Pointe. I had to have mine replaced under warranty since it completely stopped working. Did the swap myself, fairly easy. If you're sure it's not operator error, you will have a quicker turn around contacting Furion vice GD, wish I went that route, took almost 2 weeks to get the replacement; we full time and use ours multiple times throughout the day.

Good morning Lisa. Welcome to the forum. I assume you have a Furrion convection microwave in your Momentum.
1. Make sure you have power to the oven by using the microwave function.
2. If the microwave is working, then recheck your Furrion manual to make sure you are following the proper sequence for using the convection oven. I find the controls for the convection side are not user friendly, and I frequently have to refer back to the manual to make sure I'm properly preheating the oven and using it.
3. The manual does not go into good detail on trouble shooting steps. So if it's still not working, I'd give Furrion a call. They can walk you through troubleshooting steps. Their phone number is 888-354-5792, and I believe they will be open tomorrow from 8am to 5pm (EST).

It is a Furrion. Operator error I’m ruling out. We have been full timers since we picked this unit up in Nov., and I’ve used the Convection oven daily. Microwave works fine.

Just turned a year old, our High Pointe microwave just died. Only 3300 miles, used about 5 times. I will email GD.
