Rally Attendees - Elkhart Sept 2014

Just wanted to let you know that I did receive confirmation from the campground today. There will be two in my party. Looking forward to the rally. Hopefully winter will be over by then!!!!!!!

We are doing a 2k mile trip starting next week. This is our first RV so we are taking it in stages. If this trip goes well I will be making reservations for the rally. We are going to combine it with a side trip to either Yellowstone or UMP.

We just became new members of the Grand Design Owners Group after purchasing a new Momentum earlier today. We've already signed up for the group camp out and are awaiting email confirmation of our reservation. So count on two more folks. Looking forward to it.

I have just sent in the form and deposit for the rally. My wife, Janet and I will be attending. We should be there in our Solitude 305, if it is done, as we just ordered it on March 15 th. We may have to stay in our old unit, if the fifth wheel doesn't make it to the dealer on time, ( the old unit being a 6x6 nylon tent ).

Hey Janet and Gordon, glad you'll join us there. You should have your camper in late May or early June I'd suspect. If not, GD will have to provide a demo for you at the rally!

I'm interested, but won't know for a couple more months if it will work for us. I read they are holding a block of 40, is there going to be a limit of how many can attend and still be in the group? Or will we be on our own when we get there??

No problem Gsport...we're no where close to the 40 sites at this point and the campground has the ability to handle quite a few more should we need them. The sooner we know whose attending, the better for us with the other planning involved. We'll still need to be able to accommodate late registering which will likely happen right up to the week before!
