Member since 2015 but new Reflection!!

Hi! We joined in 2015 when we purchased our Reflection 337RLS. We just recently traded that unit in for a 2017 Reflection 27RL. We love this shorter unit!!! And we are very satisfied with Grand Design. We didn't even consider a different manufacturer when wanting a smaller unit. Matter of fact, we live in Indiana and drove to Wentzville, MO to buy this unit!!! 6 hour drive and well worth it!! Great dealership there. Happy New Year Everyone! TJ

Congratulations on your new 5th wheel! Just curious, how did you hear about Bill Thomas in Wentzville, MO and what did you like about them? Service? Price? I've talked with them at RV shows, but have not heard much about them good or bad (other than Google reviews.) Thanks.

We seen their dealership off I-70 coming back from Colorado last year. They had the model we wanted, told them what kind of difference we wanted and they came very close and plus this unit had factory installed 2nd air conditioner in bedroom. Bought it over the phone on condition that there were no visible flaws. They also have lifetime warranty (read on their website the details) as long as you get it serviced every year , cost 129.00 for servicing. Great deal!! Plus if you buy from them they have about 5 or 6 full hookups they let you use free for overnight if passing thru!! Very nice!! Honestly nicest dealership we have done business with. Cant go wrong with them!!! Tara

We seen that. surprised they don't have pics up yet. We took super care of the unit. non smoking. no pets and we never even cooked in it. We bought new Saliun tires for that in july plus the spare. Anyway they are really nice to do business with.
