    color matching trim

While picking up our 2800bh we noticed some places on the slide trim that where chipped due to staples and or nails when putting together at GD. Dealer told us that they did not have anything to match the color but may have something come this summer "will see" Does anyone know the color code or where to get the wax/paint to fill in?

Well, about a year ago, I used this as a recommendation from a friend that used it on his. Not sure if the color for your trim is exact, but may give you an idea. I used it for a nail hole in bath that I had to repair and sort of hide. With a little very light brush stroke from small artist paint brush, it blended. I had to let it set up a bit to give it some texture and delicately wipe it with the brush. Maybe that helps you.

PS: This was model paint like for making small planes, trucks etc. I guess. (hobby paint?)
