    Living Room TV - no cable signal

    We have a 2016 Solitude 369RL and I'm having trouble getting any cable channels on the living room TV. The bedroom TV works fine but my question is is there another outside jack for the living room? The jack for the bedroom is clearly marked outside next to the water panel. I see two more jacks on the other side of the storage compartment but they are not labeled. Are they for the living room and does this mean I need a splitter and then run two cables?

    I think that without labels, I would connect the cable to the other inputs and see what works. My inputs are all labeled.

    Our 2014 369RL has 2 jacks in the compartment right of the TV. There is one wire coming from the TV. If you want to watch TV from antennae you screw the wire into one jack, if your TV signal comes from cable you use the other jack. I don't know if anything's different with the 2016 model. Hope this helps.

    Just an afterthought, when hooked up to cable, make sure the antenna booster is off.

    We have 2016 Reflection 317RST, same issue. No video from input to either TV. Dealer tech and factory cust svc tech unable to resolve. Rigged a bypass from site contact direct to both tv's via my own splitter. All works fine. Don't know who can debug internal wiring. Any suggestions?

    Figured it out:

    Found the living room jack in the storage area under the awning. This meant I needed to run a splitter and connect to both the bedroom and living room jack. Sure would have been helpful if they had labeled them all.

    Did you still have to scan to get cable? We are having the same problem with the same year/model. 2016 369RL.

    So they do not use the cable connections in the water panel area? We picked up our solitude 321rl and stayed in the campground for 3 nights and never could get the cable tv to work . I was using the cable/sat jack in the water panel area.
