    Washer/Dryer in a 375RES

We just purchased a new Solitude 375RES fifth wheel to replace our smaller Reflection trailer and we are picking it up next Friday!!! Has anyone put a stackable washer and dryer in this model? Does it fit or will we have to go with a combination unit?

Also, if anyone has installed a stackable washer/dryer, how is it working for you?

We'll be full-timing in the Solitude starting in September when my wife retires and having a separate washer and dryer would be nice.

    Thanks!

You can get a stacking set in. We use Splendide brands.

You may find the washer hookups are low and with appliances installed, it may be hard to winterize. I moved the whole washing machine box up. We installed a residential apartment size dryer and had to remove doors and casings for closet and bedroom. We vented the dryer outside.

Thanks for the good advice. I hadn’t thought about what a pain it might to winterize it. With luck though, we’ll be chasing the sunshine in this thing and winterizing won’t be an issue (I hope ).

Hello we just picked up a washer and dryer not a combo. Ther is no electric in the closet. Water and drain is there and I see the spot for the vent. Did you have to tap into a outlet somewhere

No, we had an outlet right behind the washer and dryer on the rear wall. We’ve used the washer and dryer several times now and they are working well for us.

Do you have the 375RES or the 375RE? The old style 375RE has the outlets underneath the shelves that are above the washer and dryer. Look up underneath.

I will look again tonight. Seems funny to have water and dran and spot marked for cutting vent and no outlets. Thought I had to run extension cord

Does anyone know if the dryer plug in the closet of the 375RES is a 30Amp 3 prong or 50Amp 4 prong?
