    The flasher is a good precaution device to use if you ever have to disconnect and leave your unit on the side of the road. This will run off your trailer batteries and not require shore power or tow vechicle power.

    I have seen this done, always wanted to do it. I always ask people at the rv shows. Everyone always comes back “that’s a great idea, I don’t know” when they are standing right in front of the camper that has them on.

    I couldn’t remember the 2 pins to use.

    Just plug in (jump) a 15amp fuse between 3 and 4, all done.

    Don't you need to connect ground for the lights to work? Or does it get its ground from the RV battery? I guess I'm still thinking trailer with no battery.

    So you could take a flasher unit and do the same thing then the lights would flash. In case you had to leave the unit on the side of the road
