The dealer is going to look into it. 2014 350M. Looks like on the right side slide they forgot to put something over the wall to floor joint, and on the left side slide the joint is Covered but apparently has failed. I am in the process of purchasing this unit and found this on a walk around. Dealer states that there is no warranty since it is used even though it is less than a year old and reportedly only used on one weekend before the owners traded for a class A. I gave pictures to dealer waiting to see what they say.

    Welcome to the forum!

That's not what you want to see on a used unit. It would be interesting to hear what the dealer proposes to rectify these issues. As the dealer has indicated, the manufacturer's warranty only applies to the original owner.

GD website says that warranty is transferable within the warranty period (I would assume this to be one year).

Thanks for pointing that out Rob...I assumed that GD was the same as other manufacturers and we know what 'assume' can mean!

Correct, Rob--coach one and transferable.......Lippert two year frame not. We may be the only ones one the forum "lucky" (Happy St Patrick's Day) enough to find a pre-owned 303 about a year ago and have experienced the top notch GDRV warranty service as second owners.

This warranty information is also included in the owners manual in addition to the website.

Update... dealership has sent pictures to GD. I spoke to GD warranty and was told the warranty will transfer as long as there is time left on it. As to the missing protection on the bottom of the slide GD told me that there was a run of units that they forgot to put the edges on the bottom to sidewall transition. They will send parts to dealer to retrofit, just hope that there is not too much damage to the exposed plywood ends that were exposed to the weather. As to the floor seperating on the couch slide GD was unsure as to the cause. They did say that the inboard wall to floor will have a high chance of seperating if you walk on the slide while retracted As there is no support under floor in that position. They said that the dealership can do all repairs. Waiting for repair before I continue with the purchase process. Hope they fix it to my satisfaction I think I will like the 355.

    Is it a 355 or a 350M?
