None at all, except when the water pump comes on but that's a separate problem.

This one EPL1012-L-B which I belive is long. I'll PM Marty Robinson aka Adapterman email. He will along with the adapter plates send you all the info you need for the install. All that you'll be missing in the pca dimmers.

+1 on the long shaft dimmer switch from PCA (EPL1012-L-B) and dimmer adapters from Marty Robinson. Recently installed for ceiling & awning lights. Makes a big difference especially inside and my wife is happy to get rid of the blue light. No flickering issue either.

Just a followup.
Both the awning and interior pucks work great. We seem to get flicker on the pucks when battery powered and set to full brightness but not on shore power. I keep them set just below full anyway. Very satisfied with this simple mod.

This was one of the first things we did to our 3100RD last year. I replaced both push switches with the round switch. Works great. Don't usually want the full brightness inside, but enjoy it when needed. As for the outside light, it's nice to turn it down at night to not "blind" the neighbors.

I got tired of the flicker - it got a lot better when i installed lithium batteries but still happened esp when water pump kicked in. So i ran a separate wire from the fuse box with larger guage wire and there is absolutly no flicker anymore.
