Metal at rear lower panel is buckling

This has happened twice now. First time was within 3 months of unit being new. Dealer replaced the panel and it buckled again. Dealer said I was carrying to much weight on bumper but I only carry 2 bikes. The first buckle was before I put on bike rack so doubt that that is the cause. Has anyone had a similar problem?
How did dealership remedy it? Thanks.

Have them check the screws that attach the rear wall to the coach.

I've seen them break and cause the buckling of the metal J wrap.

Are you talking about the sheetmetal skirts on the slide outs? Here is my thread covering my issue over 2 years to get the issue fixed.

Thanks for all the comments. I've heard that Bill Martin with Grand Design might be able to help with this. Hopefully I'll hear from him.
This surely does not seem to be a problem with too much weight on the back bumper as claimed by the dealer where I bought the unit.
    Thanks all.
