I was looking at that one, but the DW was concerned that it might interfere with the walking space. The Sirocco folds flat, but does not oscillate.

So...I received my Sirocco II fan a couple days ago. Today it is pouring down rain, so I figured nice day for inside project. Mounted the fan to wall in bedroom and tied into 12V above. Fan looks like it’s gonna work nicely. It’s quiet and pushes a moderate amount of air. Thanks Rob for the suggestion. Here’s some pics.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm thinking about doing the very same thing as Steve7 did above, but I've got a few questions.

Where did you pick up the 12 volts to run the fan?

Now that its been up a few years, are you happy with it?

Does it move it enough air?

    Thanks!
