Poll - Which 5th wheel hitch do you currently use?
Since I'm retired and have nothing better to do at the moment I figured I'd start a poll to see which 5th wheel hitch folks are currently using. I'm not up to date on all the manufacturers out there so I may have left a manufacturer out. If so, please just vote "other".

Thanks, I was hoping someone forum smarter than me would set it up. It should be interesting.

Looks like the Andersen hitch is well represented here. I'm starting to wonder if I'm the only one on the forum with a Hensley BD3...

My truck came with the Ford (Reese) 27.5k, but I'm thinking of swapping it out for an Andersen Ultimate Hitch. It should eliminate most of any chucking, and the biggest benefit of all - it can be easily removed and re-installed unlike the monster I now have.

I have. It looks like it's rated for 5,000lbs on the pin and 28,000lbs total.
I LOVE my Hensley BD3 Trailersaver hitch. It's very heavy duty and well built. The problem with Hensley is they do a lousy job marketing their products. Their web site is not well organized. It's hard to find some of their products like the adapter that allows you to use any of their hitches with the factory puck systems. Also, their YouTube videos are terrible. The new BD5 video (on YouTube but I couldn't find it on their website) looks like a kid filmed it with their iPhone while sitting in the back seat. I spent 5 minutes with a GoPro just to watch my BD3 hitch in action for myself and my pathetic video is better than Hensleys.
I worked with Aaron when I ordered my hitch. Great guy. Knows their products inside and out. If they would hire a good marketing/advertising person they could raise awareness of their excellent products and significantly increase their sales. This poll is a good example. As of right now, 92 people have voted in this poll and I'm the only person voting with a Hensley hitch which I believe is an outstanding hitch.Brian & Kellie

Don't have a lot of expense with these types of hitch's but from every think I read I decided the Superglide 2300 would work best for me. It is heavy but I have ways of removing it if I need to.
