    water heater problem

Second day in our new 2016 reflection 313 rlts, everything works great almost. Added water and hooked up to electric last night in Alamo,nv all worked great. Really are enjoying this trailer. This morning showed a dsi fault on control panel. Hot water heater lights and runs for about 5seconds then goes out. Relights after ten second and says light for another 5 seconds and goes out. We are on our way south to Laughlin Nevada any ideas on what is going on ? Full propane and full water everything else works great

    Hi @bronco1949,

First, congratulations on your new RV and welcome to the Grand Design RV family!! I need your help -- there's a digit missing in your 17-digit RV VIN listed in the "About Me" section of your forum profile. Could you fix that, and reply back to let me know when that is done? I need the full VIN to have our Customer Support contact you to discuss your concern. Or if is more convenient for you, please feel free to contact our Customer Support directly at (574) 825-9679. Thank you in advance...

    Best regards,

x2 on Curtis' question . . . this is the first piece of info to help find the problem.
Can you get full flame on all three burners or just "barely staying lit" on all three or less ?
