Equaflex lubrication

Can anyone tell me how often to grease the Equaflex suspension equalizer used on the 369rl? There are grease fittings at all the pivot points but I can't find anything that says how often to grease or what grease to use.

I would think once a year would be good. I like to use a high temp grease called poly 7. I'm sure any high quality grease would be fine.
