Anyone who's done the LCI tour, are the frames welded by human or machine?

According to the Tech (Mel) who worked on ours, the welds are by man not machine. He just transfered down to FL from IN a week before our call so I think he's familiar with the operation.

Welcome to the separated spring hanger club. It's a little scary but an easy fix. According to our insurance it's not uncommon. LCI was very good when our spring hanger broke. We had spent an entire morning looking for a mobile welder with no success. Ten minutes after contacting LCI a welder was calling us and they fixed it short order. BTW, we towed probably 1000 miles with the hanger broken off and it's barely noticeable. Worse symptom was sensitivity to cross winds. But other than that it towed pretty well.

Thanks, Jim. That's and interesting picture.......looks like the RV is resting right on the pickup box.......wonder if the RV got dropped on the P/U box someway to stress/damage the front frame area.

Dan - I think that's just an optical illusion. Other photos don't show that. Probably just the angle of the camera.
