Who's Signing These Posts?

Sometimes when I'm reading a post on the forum, I get confused as to who posted it. Since many of us use our own names and the names of our spouses in the signature line, I'm not sure who posted it. Was it the wife? Was it the husband? Domestic partner? You get the point...

For example, if you were responding to this post, would you think Ginnie or Jim posted it? It might just be me, but when I respond to a post, I like to use the name of the person who posted it.

So from now on, I'm going to try to remember to add just my first name at the end of a post.

Jim, KE4TCH here. I have noticed that our standard signature is included from the full website, but not when I post from the mobile version.

I thought I made it easy to figure out it's me, for those who haven't figured it out, my posts are in red to match my signature below. When Gary posts it's in black.. he's not as "talkative" as I am.

Same here, Cill has never done forums. She will ask me from time to time what's going on, but that's as close as she gets to the forum.

Ditto...if "Renee" is posting, it's Renee. Bill doesn't do forums. According to him, he just pulls the camper Anyway, he's there in the signature as a shout-out!!
I think I'll start posting in red like Marcy...that's actually a very good idea. (now, I've just gotta figure out how she does it.. Settings, Marcy?)

It's easy Renee, but you have to pick another color. I beat you to red hahaha. Right in either the quick reply or the advanced panel you select your font by clicking on the font box. do the same for color (color is the big A) and size if you want. I type out the whole reply then highlight, select it all and choose the font and color. It gets picky and changes to default if you click away from the typing accidentally when color and font is selected first.

Ahh...Marcy. I did not have the edit box! So, I started researching why I didn't.
So if others do not have the text edit boxes like I didn't, here's what you do.
Go to Settings/General Settings/Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options/Click on Standard Editor!
I picked this Lavender color, Marcy!
