Question Blue bedroom slide out LEDs always on

Should the blue LED "head knocker" LEDs always be on? Mine are on any time the 12v power is on (battery or shore power).

Welcome to the forum DesertDon! Inside the water management compartment on the Solitude is a switch that controls those "head knocker" lights.

In the water compartment is a switch with a red light. That is it. Kind of silly that even the guy that did my walk through did no know it. Don

Thanks for the quick replies. I'll check it out along with a label maker.

Where are the actual lights located? I don't think my 2015 unit has them.

They are on the underside of the bedroom slide out on my fifth wheel. They are very small indicator lights.

I guess they took those off the Solitude line at some point. My unit does not have them.

That's too bad, I would like to have that feature.

They are on the 2015 369 in the showroom. I would prefer the switch be somewhere else like under the front overhang where the LED pinbox light is. For me thats a light if I turn it on I will never remember to turn it off. Cant really see it in the daytime. If I use it I will need to add it to my "Departure" checklist.

They are not on the 379FL slides.....

There is no where to hide the wiring behind/under the sofas, like you can under the bed on the traditional models.

I found the switch on mine and labeled it. That probably is something that should have been done at the factory. A better solution would be to tie the headknocker lights into the step light switch or put the switch with the others at the interior control panel. Anyhow...thanks for the help all. DD
