It depends on the year. In the last couple years, this was changed for the hitch described above. Safety chain loops, and 4 point wiring harness all there ready to plug in and go. Years prior did not have this hitch configuration. I do not know what year the change happened.

My 2020.5 Reflection 311BHS has the 300/3,000 factory rear hitch... but I don;t think it's legal in may states to use. I'm in Pennsylvania, and so far as I am aware I would be pulled over before I made it out of town since PA does not seem to allow this practice. It would be neat to be allowed to do though.
