Bedroom TV
This is our first real time out with our 369RL. Everything has gone well with one exception. We are unable to watch TV in the bedroom. We are in a campground w/o cable. The antenna is up, the booster is on and the TV in the living room is working as expected. The bedroom TV input is set to TV but the screen is blank with the words low digital signal. Swapped the coax antenna to the other coax on the ceiling plate with no results. What am I missing?

If it were me, I'd take a cable and run it from the living room connection to the bedroom TV to make sure that the TV was working correctly. You can also reverse it and run the cable from the bedroom connection to the living room TV to verify that the bedroom connection is working correctly.
Are you sure you have the TV set up to the correct input?

Hi David & Linda (@dloase),
Check behind the ceiling plate to make sure you have good connections. The white RG-6 wire supplies the cable/antenna signal.
If the connections are good, please contact our Customer Service team at (574) 825-9679 for further assistance.
Best regards,

Yes I did. I'll check the connection in the ceiling plate when we get home. My in laws are using the bedroom this trip and I don't want to disturb them.
