Before we got our momentum we had a 08 fuzion it had no rust under it. That is completely unacceptable. I would get on the phone with Grand Design as well right away. Let them get something worked out. The dealer obviously does not care or they would of not sold you it that way. And if the frames are powder coated before assembly it did not get the proper prep to the steel before hand. We powder coat here at my fabrication shop. And never had any of our products do any thing like that. The Paint or Powder in this instance is only as good as the prep that went into it.

Can't believe those frames are powder coated, if they are, poorest excuse of a powder coat job I have ever seen!!

In my opinion, the easiest solution to deal with rust is to spray the frame and axles with woolwax. It has to be done every year or so if you drive through rain etc.

I used Rust-Oleum Rust Reformer on all rusty spots on my trailer about 5 years ago. It still looks great and no new rust.

We did the same 7 years ago and it too still looks great.
