    Great Support

    I have spoken with customer service twice now. Both times I have talked with JD. I can only express my satisfaction with the service I have been provided. I was shipped a new shower faucet assembly to repair an issue in time to make the Memorial Day weekend. They shipped the step anti-slip parts to the dealer so that they could be installed during the present service call to find a leak in my diningroom slide. They are shipping the bathroom vanity doors so that they can also be installed. Again, the support received through this point from GD has been nothing short of spectacular.

    We have a brand new Solitude that we picked up two weeks ago. Soon we will be heading out on a trip that will take us a little over 2000 miles. Our trailer had some things that needed attention and it seemed as if the dealership wasn't helping us. I emailed GD for assistance, JD emailed us back. Everything has been taken care of and new parts should be on their way. Hopefully the trailer works as well as their customer service, very impressed so far.
