There is not much motion around the lower centre three bolts, so these are not usually greased. The other five should be "wet bolts" with zerk grease fittings in the bolt heads on the inside of the suspension and this is how these should be greased.

When you say 'zerk fittings' are these the same as 'grease nipples'? Like these fittings here?
I'm UK based.

Yes. Grease nipples, zerk fittings, same thing. Like fender and wing. 🙂
