Atwood Refrigerator - Electric Mode Failure?

I've had my Reflection 293 RES for almost four months and the refrigerator has worked great, both on electric and propane gas. Earlier this week I noticed the refrigerator was warming up. Sure enough the light was on but it wasn't running. I forced it to use gas and it worked, but the electric still doesn't seem to be working. I have tested a couple of times after a camp move, but no luck. Is there something I can do or should I make arrangements to bring it in? If so whom should I contact?

    Thanks
    Gary

Contact your selling dealer for an appointment.

They will test it and get the repair authorization from either GD or the refer manufacturer.

Call GD cust support or your dealer. Mine is on the blink too. Currently at a GD dealer for that and a gas leak. I'll let you know what they find.

Has anybody pursued this issue? We are on a four month trip and two days into it, the reefer stopped working on electric. When we got into an RV park, we switched over to electric. I had a thermometer in the reefer, and the temperature creeped up to 65 degrees over night. There were no error codes. We had to throw away over $200 in groceries. We switched back to gas, and the unit cooled back down to 34 degrees. We replaced all the food, and we'll be using gas until we get home or somebody comes up with a quick fix for the refrigerator problems.

We just picked up our Reflection 303 not long ago and our fridge failed while on electric our first trip. Same thing, wasted groceries. It's with the dealer now and was told it will be fixed this week. They had to order a part. Not sure what part it needed but will share when I learn this week.

    Thanks,

Refrig. worked great for first trip of a month. Home for a couple of weeks and on 1st stop of current trip refrig. would not work on electric. Finally opened outside panel and unplugged electric. Will get an appointment with dealer for when I return.

My 2015 303RLS blew the glass fuse 2 times in the past 2 years. If it runs on gas but not shore power it is worth the time to check and replace the glass fuse. You can buy them at any auto store.

Are you saying it does run and cool fine on gas mode setting but not run/cool electric mode setting ?
