I have also read posts where exterior water was coming in or the drain tray is splashing around in transit. I don't know if either of those is really an issue ... But I also extended my drain hose out the side vent and added a small one way valve that serves to keep our little bugs and hot air. It also eliminates the algae buildup in the end of the hose from it sitting in water...
While we're on the 2118, mine benefited greatly from adding an exhaust fan kit to the top exterior vent. About $80.00 on Amazon complete with sensor and control panel. I used the Beech Lane kit. Great product.

    Hope you find the issue!

Another thought, I know you checked the drip pan under the fins... But I had an issue where it didn't seat well and water would drip down behind it during the thaw cycle. They have a fix kit (condensation kit) but the easiest fix is some clear gorilla tape above and over the lip holding the drip tray tight to the back wall.

Brand new 2022 350G, 1st boondock trip and Norcold fridge stopped running on LP - will run on electric. Appeared to be an issue with left tank, switched to right tank, worked for 4hrs and now will not fire up on LP. Dealer is no help - just scheduling a service, but doesn't help me for the rest of the week without a cooler large enough for all our food.

    Any ideas? and thanks,

Try this...worked great on mine !

    NORCOLD RESET

TO BEGIN, TURN THE FRIDGE “OFF” THEN “ON. (REGULAR OPERATION MODE.)

(Wait for the green dot to appear between each step.)

    1. DIAGNOSTICS MODE
Hold down the STEP TEMP & MODE buttons at the same time. Release when the “1” is displayed. Then “88” will show up which indicates you are now in DIAGNOSTICS MODE.

    2. ERROR DISPLAY
Page down to Page #6 by using the “MODE” button.
The “ER” will now show up

    3. TEMPERATURE
Hold the “SET TEMP” button till “CL” appears on the screen then release.

    4. ERROR PAGE
Hold “SET TEMP” button till “ER” shows up.
    ERROR CODE WILL DISPLAY

    5. REGULAR OPERATION
    Turn fridge “OFF” then “ON”
    “AC” mode shows up
    Set temperature normally.

    6. Tomorrow adjust appropriately. At a “9” your raw eggs could freeze solid. A “4” will now be a more reasonable setting.

Check your defrost drain line. It drains into the pan sitting on the compressor (?) outside at the lower vent The line has a small plug in the end with a tiny hole in it. That hole will foul and need cleaning from time to time. It is there to prevent small insects from going into the line and homesteading.

Great instructions - In step 4 I receive the ER display but no codes were displayed. After executing I am still getting the same error - No FL.
Fridge will operate on AC but not on Propane. I double checked and have propane flow for the Stove and Hot Water heater so isolated to the Fridge.

    Thanks again for the help.

Try unplugging the gas valve, and then plug it back in,
There is a fuse that can blow on the circuit board, IIRC it is 5 amp. When mine was blowing, the root cause was the fans were failing. At first it was an off and on thing, but it got worse. I pulled the fridge and found that the two upper fans were bad. They are really cheap 2.00 fans, I replaced them with 20.00 fans that have a 50,000 hour life rating and are water resistant.I had never pulled a fridge before, but it really wasn't all that hard. My 2118 now works better than the fridge in my house. DW loves it.

Thanks for the reply and great info on the fans/fuse. We are back home and taking it in for other warrantee work so this is ANOTHER item on the to-be-fixed list. I will post an update once I find out the root cause. Thanks again for the info, fan upgrade sounds like a good change.

I have the same problem as Tyler777 has. I m going to try your steps on hoping that will cure my problem. As with my unit it is under warranty but sitting in a shop for two months for what sounds like an under 4 hour time frame is just outrageous. Dealers where I live just don't care.
