Out of sheer curiosity I'd go look, but wouldn't buy until we decide if we're coming or going on an upgrade. The new living area storage cabinet vs drawer ratio compared to what we have in our 303 is a big stumbling block. So who knows new furniture could be in our future. That couch we have is not the most comfortable and even worse for the poor souls trying to sleep on

On edit: wonder what the weight difference is between the couches?

I moved our couch away from the wall a bit to allow the back cushions to recline e a few inches. Big improvement in comfort.

We had a fabric covered jack knife sofa in our last trailer. Loved that thing.

On our couch (different than the newer models) there is a board that we dropped, it's on the inside lower back . Allowing the back to lay back some. It helped but still could use more help.

I bet those new couches are a couple hundred pounds heavier than your typical RV furniture, might be something to consider for folks worried about weight.

    Pics as promised

So here's what the old stuff (not the actual furniture, but the same colors, etc.) looked like:

When I pulled the old theater seats out, and put the new ones in, I'd say they were a wash. The new sofa is considerably lighter than the old sofa. The new theater seats weigh 166 lbs combined. The new sofa weighs 160 lbs.

jim1521 - I have tried contacting RecPro without much luck. They have a “chat” feature on their website . . . but no one answers. I left them an email at their “contact us” tab . . . that was yesterday. No answer.

I was going to suggest to them that there will about 400 GDRV owners at a rally just down the road in a couple of weeks . . . many of whom might be thinking about replacement furniture . . . do you have a contact at RecPro who might be interested?

    Rob,
Yeah, I got a phone number (need to find it) of someone I worked with to make a change to the order. I'll find it and post it up here.

Nancy and I will join you too. My side of the recliners is just now wearing through at 5 years old.
