    Decoding VIN

    i see where fellow owners have the production number of their unit in their signature. I got our VIN number from the dealer today. Is it reasonable to assume that it is the last 3 digits?

    Reasonable, but I would use 4 numbers. If I only use the last three when they go past 999 there would be duplications in the signature fields.
