Frig not working

We have our 337rls 2015 parked in the driveway for a couple of weeks and it is plugged in, having problems with the frig not working, not getting or staying cool at all

What type of fridge, are any lights on the front illuminated.

Confirm it is on shore power. If so did you try it on propane? Make sure you are unplugged and the propane tank is full with the valve open (try testing the stove to make sure it lights). Then give the fridge a few hours and see if it gets cold. The first time I started my Atwood up it took overnight before it got cold on shore power, but propane did it in a much shorter period of time.

The lights are on, we 1st had it on propane then I found everything in freezer thawed, plugged it up yesterday went out this morning and still not cold at all. I believe it is atwood.
