My dad was a gospel minister for most of his life. This was one of his favorites:
Satin decided it was time to visit the local church and give them all a good scare.
The Devil flung open the doors and strolled in. At the sight of him, the congregation screamed in terror and ran away......that is except for one old man on the front pew.
The old Devil was proud of himself until he saw this elderly man sitting there calmly.
The Devil walked up to him, cleared his throat, and said "Do you know who I am?" The old man nodded.
"Aren't you going to run away like the others?" he said. The old man shook his head no.
"You're not afraid of me, old man?" The old man shook his head no.
"Don't you know what I can do to you?" Again the old man nodded.
"So why aren't you afraid of me old man?"
