TV help - What am I doing wrong?

Arrived at the KOA at Ruffs Dale PA. Got everything setup. Went to hook up the cable TV and nothing. Tried a second RG6 cable with negative results. Put the antenna up and turned the signal booster back on and things work fine both in the living room and in the bedroom. Switched everything back to "cable" mode including turning off the antenna signal booster and nada. Did I miss something? Is there and easy way to check the connection in the hook-up area to the interior of the unit?

Yes I did talk with Ryan in Customer Support. As of yet I have been unable to resolve the issue. However, he was able to solve another issue I was having on the spot. If I am unable to fix or find the issue myself, I will email customer service directly. Thanks again for all of the great support.

I bet you already tried this but try doing everything you already have done, booster off, RX into "CABLE" hookup in center then scan channels. Works for me.
