Furrion surround sound remote does not work

Well im new to the RV world but am currently a full timer in the oil patch. I just last week took delivery of my 2015 379FL, so far we are very happy. The unit has the furrion 1200 surround sound in the living room and furrion 1100 surround sound in the bedroom. The remote for the living room does not work whatsoever, tried resetting the system, tried changing the batteries, etc.. Has anybody else had this issue? If so how did you fix it? Annoying to have to get up to change the volume!! Any help appreciated

Same problem with same system and same unit. Only thing is, our 1200 worked for a couple weeks and then quit. What annoys me the most is that the Furrion will not program to our Shaw Direct or Shaw remotes as it is a one of a kind, offshore name that nobody has ever heard of.

We have Directv and I can't program our remote either. Iv tried searching like crazy and nothing. Directv can't even find the code for it. Hopefully somebody will chime in that figured it out. Our 1200 still works but I had to redo wires that were all plugged in wrong and remote has yet to work.
