    2017 Imagine 2950RL Roof Concerns

I went up on the roof on our new Imagine 2950RL the other day to check on things and I noticed that when I walked on the roof it felt very soft underfoot. Has anyone experienced this, is this normal? I also noticed that the rubber roof membrane is rippled and bubbled about every 4 feet from front to back and the ripple goes from one side to the other.

Mine doesn't feel soft underneath, but does have one piece of plywood section up just a bit from another. I've looked at another prior to purchasing ours, and saw that it had ripples in it near the rear. My new one does not. I think it depends on how well it was installed. From what I've read, it's not a concern unless it tears somewhere and air gets underneath it. Most failure I've read occur in the front where the front cap is, then they blow up off the roof while driving. I would ask your dealer next time you go in for warranty work if you have doubts, or sooner... I would also take photos for documentation.

Its an Imagine. While it does have a walk on roof, the decking is thinner than other GD products. (Light weight)

You see ripples at the seams where the 4X8 sheets are joined. No worries.
