I'm going to on a limb here. When you were having problems, (all of you), were you on battery or shore power? Was the plug to the truck hooked up? I always use my truck or shore power before I hit the slide switch.

I had a similar problem with the circuit breaker tripping about a year ago. Found out that the ground cable attached to the wall in the forward compartment had a poor connection (paint under the connection) causing a high amp draw. Even after the connection problem was solved, the problem persisted. It turned out that those circuit breakers get "weak" after they have been "exercised" several times. Replaced the breaker. Problem solved. BTW...it did it when on battery or shore power. It affected the Level-up system as well since they run off of the same breaker.

Andy, I talked to Jerry McCarthy today, VP of Service for Grand Design, and he thinks the same thing, circuit breaker/high amp draw. He's having one of the Techs check it tomorrow. Will let you know what they find.

Thanks. Maybe you can ask about the additive they put in the hydraulic fluid for the "popping" issue. Will it improve the performance in cold weather? The circuit breaker issue was definitely worse as the temperatures dropped.
