@william,
I downloaded it to my desktop, then opened with paint and rotated it. Then saved it and posted. This gets rid of the orientation marks from phone pictures. You can also try to remember when taking pictures with a phone to hold it long side parallel to the ground. They will load with the correct orientation then.

We have used the lid to a Dutch oven, 12 inch and it works fine without cracking.

Lead is used to glaze tiles.

The flooring and big box stores have UNGLAZED tiles for cheap. One 12"x 12" does a great job for even heat distribution.

I bought a 12x24 unglazed tile from Home Depot, and cut it down to about 18” long, using a rotary tool. It works very well, and provides very even heat.
