    Another Level Up Question

We have the 6 point level up on our 337 RLS. The levelling part after unhooking works great. But when we're ready to leave the site, all of the LCI instructions (on the trailer, in the manual, on their web site) say to turn the control on and depress both the 'left and right' buttons at the same time and the trailer will return to where it was prior to auto levelling permitting an easy hook up. When I push the left and right on ours, I get an error message that this feature is not supported (or something to that effect) and to press enter to continue.

I called GD and was told that in fact the feature is not supported. I emailed LCI and was told that in order for this feature to work, the front of the trailer has to be above level, so bump it up a bit from level and it'll work. No dice...same error message. What am I missing here?

    Thanks.

Not sure, we were told but the dealer that the level up system was not available on the reflection line. A friend's prime time with 4 point system requires you to set that "return" point before it is use able.

Chris, it took 4 trips for me to figure mine out. I unhook from the truck, then press the 'auto level' button. Let the trailer do it's thing. When I am ready to leave, as long as the battery has not been disconnected, because then the level up system looses it's memory, I press and HOLD the left and right button, after about 2-3 seconds the trailer will go back to where it was, now the jacks do not all retract, the trailer just goes back to hook up level. When you auto retract then all 6 jacks will retract. If you just quickly press the left and right you will get the error code. Mine works 100% of the time now that I know the system. It takes time, but when you learn the system it works great.

Korey, thanks for that tip. I have always just touched the right and left buttons and then manually adjusted the height for hook up. I'll give the press and hold tip a try next trip.

    Hi Chris (@kanatachris),

Please let us know if the "press & hold" does not work so we can connect you with LCI, as they installed your system as an aftermarket accessory.

    Best regards,
    ~ Janice

Thanks Kordog but no dice. The msg I get is in fact 'feature disabled', so I don't know what's up. Anyway, I PM'd Janice at GD so I'll see how that goes.
