We have had our 303 RLS for almost 6 months without an issue on fridge operations at high altitudes. normally about 6 or 7 thousand feet and once at about 8000. no issues other than trying to get used to the fridge fan running all the time. Our has been on both LP and electric.

We dry camp yearly in the Gunnison National Forrest (9000) in Colorado. While we had no problem with our frig running on propane, the furnace is another issue. Our Atwood would not stay lit longer then 2 seconds. So for, neither Atwood or GD has been helpful in solving the problem.

Okay - I think I have you all beat. My son just bought a new rig in Utah and the first time out, his Norcold didn't work above 6000 feet. He was not happy at all, and thought he'd have to live with it after reading the owner's manual. He took it back to the dealer and the service tech found debris in the orifice. After cleaning it out, he took it on an elk hunt last week at 10,200 feet, and it worked flawlessly! So I wouldn't worry at all.

We bought our 29RS a week ago. The dealer in Western CO adjusted the propane system for higher altititude. We have not tested it above 6000 feet, but don't expect any problems because of the adjustments.
