Chips/Spots in Frosted Glass in Kitchen Cabinets

We have a few chips of the frosted glass in our Kitchen cabinets (the white texture in the glass). They're just spots were our plates or glasses have dinged it, and it rubbed the frosted decorations off the glass, so you can see a spot.Wondering if you had any idea how to fix this or if anyone else found a solution here?

    Thanks in advance!

I've heard of owners successfully touching up those spots with Krylon or Rust-Oleum Frosted Glass Spray. Both are available on Amazon.

Have had the same issue on mine cabinets. I bought a bottle of white frosty fingernail polish and it works great!

We’ve had this issue too and after er fixing the wife now puts panels of foam core in the cabinets when we travel. It keeps anything shifting from hitting the “glass”.

We also noted the risk of rubbing off the etching/frost on those cabinet windows. Luckily we haven't experienced and of the frost coating robbing off.

Now sitting in my garage are pieces of thin plexiglass which I will cut 1 inch wider in both dimensions of each cabinet window and screw to the inside frame. I figure I'll get a 1/2" overlap on each side. I expect this will work and will report on it when I actually do it (hopefully this week).

When we bought our used Momentum some of the glass frosting on cabinet and pantry doors had the scraped spots. My wife and I both didn't like the mirrored doors of our bedroom closets so we covered the mirrors with decorative window film. We used the leftover to do the cabinet glass in our kitchen. She tried the Krylon frosting but it didn't look that great, at least the way she did it. The decorative films come in all kind of designs and are pretty inexpensive and easy to install.

Nicer looking too. Another way to personalize your trailer. I like it.

Thanks for the input. Will likely try the frosted spray paint from Amazon and let you all know the outcome!

Just thinking out loud here, but I'm wondering if being proactive and spraying the frosted glass with clearcoat to act as a barrier would prevent chipping?
