My black and grey water and battery level lights do not work. I have checked fuses. Any answers?

    Hi @[email protected],

Check the in-line fuse located behind the monitor panel. If you need further assistance, please contact your dealer or our Customer Support team directly at (574) 825-9769.

The level indicators are notoriously unreliable anyway (fresh water tank may be an exception). For a few hundred bucks one can install reliable outside the tank sensors, but it is not worth it.

My galley grey tank level indicator on our Solitude 369RL reads 2/3 full even when empty. From 2/3 to full, it works fine. I've tried the usual sensor cleaning products with no success. How do I gain access to the sensor for that tank? Or is there something else I can try to fix the problem?

Has this always been the case or is it just a recent development?

You could also check for loose connection at the monitor panel itself. It could be greasy build-up on the sensors...have you tried sanitizing with bleach?

If you have to take the coroplast down to inspect the tank connections, GD customer service should be able to tell where the tank's located. I've thought about cutting the coroplast into sections as it's all one piece...tackle that if I ever have to open it up.

It never really worked quite right but it has gotten worse over time. Now it just stays on 2/3 unless the tank gets above the 2/3 level. I haven't tried bleach but I did try the sensor cleaning stuff using warm water, driving around then letting it sit for 24 hours as the directions said. Made no difference at all. Frustrating. I will pull the panel and check the connection. Thanks, Dave.

Those sensors are something that you pay for but never work. They tell you its under warranty but you go to the dealer and they say you haven't cleaned them right. When you convince the that its a sensor problem they will tell you about having to tear up the hole bottom covering and pull all out and ask ARE YOU SURE YOU WANNA DO THIS. Don

Oh yeah. I've heard of that. Water softener, detergent and bleach, right? I'll give it a try.

    Thanks
