Question. I think the stock Westlakes are E rated. The Goodyear G614 are G rated. Will the wheels handle the additional inflation pressure? E's are 80 psi, G's are 110 psi,,,unless I'm missing something.

Debby, are the wheels on your 369RL rated to handle the higher inflation pressure? Also, I understand the G rated are much heavier.

There should be an engraving on the wheel telling the maximum air pressure. I've read that the 16" wheels that come on Grand Designs are rated for the G rated tires.

    The Goodyear 614 G's sure are expensive @ $400 ish per tire. I'm getting a set of R250 Bridgestones @ $197 each after a $70 factory discount.

Yes I did use the current rims on the Solitude and had the G tires installed just had to have new valve stems to handle the higher pressure.

Debbie.. Didn't you already have steel valve stems on your wheels? I'm having the G614's installed on Monday. My factory original wheels with Westlake tires already has steel valve stems.

Yes I did have steel valve stems with the original tires but was told by the dealer and the factory that new ones had to be installed with the new tires. Not sure what the reason was but I did have them installed maybe the increased tire pressure not sure.
