Air conditioner Just blowing warm

Having a similar issue on my brand new 377MBS. Living room AC is only blowing hot air.

If your refrigerant was low, did they just swap the top unit? Or is there a way to charge the existing unit?

Can't charge these units. We're on our third A/C. First two lost their refrigerant. The techs just replace the entire roof unit for a leak.

These are sealed units. There is no port available to charge them.

Just bought 2 bullet piercing valves and am going to recharge a slowly dying dometic 13.5. Should work for a while, valves were only 5 bucks and r410 is readily available. They take 16oz of refrigerant.
