Looking for Sliding Glass Door Covering Solutions

    Hello,

The sliding glass door to the garage on my Momentum is nice and I like that it opens wide enough to fit almost anything I can think of through it. I would like a way to make it more private when I have the tailgate down. I have considered everything from simple curtains to replacing the door with one that has the built in louvers if I could find one.

If you have a solution you really like please share it here, preferably with some pictures.

    Thanks!

How about spraying it with frosted tinting or the reflective tinted film?

Excellent idea. Affordable and light weight, but then I worry I might want to look out some day.

Reflective tint works great in the day, but at night with interior lights on I still think privacy will be compromised.

Yes, I want to have my cake and eat it too!

Are you trying to block view from the garage to the LR, or from outside when the patio is deployed?

We have the 3 season doors on our 380th garage, and the DW made fabric panels to cover those doors. They attach with velcro so we can remove them when we want visibility and attach them to block the view from outside.

Thanks Alan, I saw those pictures and they looked great. I don't have the 3 seasons doors, just the pull-down screen. Now that you mention it perhaps I could do something with the screen. Still would like an option on the sliding glass door. Thanks again for your idea!
