Adding TV to bedroom and bunk house of 323BHS

Has anyone done this yet? I know the bedroom was built with an accommodation for it...just wondering if anyone has done it and had any tips to provide as far as mount or determining EXACT placement. Also want to add a TV to the bunk house. Would like to add in a small wall mount TV to the shelf unit where the cable and power is. Has anyone done this?

Use a magnet on he wall of the bedroom to find the edges of the expanded metal that is laminated into the wall. You can put the mount anywhere within that panel...

I thought it was aluminum in the wall.

I have a 323BHS on order, and expect it in any day. The spaces for the tv and the below shelf are:

    TV area: 30 7/8" x 17 7/8" x 6" deep,
    DVD area: 30 7/8" x 5 3/4" tall x 6" deep.

That means a 32" TV will fit without the mount on the bottom--if hung by a wall mount. A 28" would be better, but they're the same price as 32" usually.

The DVD or Blue Ray players are about 7 3/4" wide--too wide for the area provided. You could mount a small piece of plywood under the DVD player and have it stick out a little.

It is aluminum framing in the walls, but there is an expanded steel plate laminated into the wall for the TV mounting...

Do you think the steel plate is centered in the spot provided? How large do you think the plate is?

The steel mounting plate on my 323 is centered top to bottom and runs the entire width of the TV mounting location in the bunkhouse, per my magnet
